Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business information. We also collect technical information including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. How We Share Your Data (including Google user data)

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the service:

We do not sell your personal data. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide user-facing features (booking and calendar management) and is never used to train generalized AI or ML models. These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy โ€” Limited Use

CallKraft’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

To exercise these rights, please contact us at hej@callkraft.ai.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through our Cookie Settings.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Google Calendar data is not stored. Availability (free/busy times) is queried from the Google Calendar API in real time during a call and is used only so the AI can state the available times to the caller. It is never written to our database. The only Google-derived value we retain is the event ID of appointments our AI itself created, which we store so that the same appointment can later be rescheduled or cancelled on the customer’s instruction.

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to access the calendar the user connected. They are deleted immediately when the user disconnects their calendar or deletes their account.

Call transcripts and recordings are retained until the customer deletes them. Customers can delete individual calls, delete several at once, or bulk-delete all calls older than a chosen age, at any time, directly from their dashboard.

Bookings can be deleted by the customer at any time from the dashboard. Deleting a booking also removes the corresponding event from the connected Google Calendar.

Account deletion. When a subscription is cancelled, the account enters a 21-day recovery window so the customer can change their mind. After that window — or immediately, if the customer requests it — the account is deleted: the AI agent is removed, the phone number is released, and the subscription is cancelled. On request, we additionally perform a permanent purge of all remaining data (call transcripts, bookings, leads, call logs, the AI agent and the business profile). This purge is irreversible.

Right to erasure. Customers may request immediate and complete deletion of their data at any time by contacting hej@callkraft.ai. We do not require them to wait out the recovery window.

We otherwise retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
